“We’ve hit the two-year anniversary for our ownership, and want to
thank all of you for your patronage. The learning curve is still
curving…but what fun we’re having. Book people are the best.
The list of authors that have had “signings” just grows! On November 16th, the BookBay hosted Janey Bennett, author of “The Pale Surface of Things,” and what a wonderful night. The story is set in Crete, and Janey has done so much research into the history, culture, and geography of the region, that you felt like you were right there with the characters and were part of the story. There was a lot of questions and discussion – made for a great evening. Janey promised to set another date – probably in January – for a return visit. We’ll let you know so you won’t miss the opportunity to meet Janey.”
