IAC strives to offer our members the best possible group exercise experience! Each month we review our classes based on attendance, club visits, member and instructor input. Classes averaging consistently less than 10 participants are usually re-scheduled, re-assigned (new instructor) or canceled, depending on the time of day and seasonal considerations. Updated schedules are available at the club and also online approximately 5 days prior to the end of each month. Please check for changes regularly. See you in class!
