| If you live in Northwest Washington State, Country Road Home Design offers you a FREE Introductory Appointment at our office, days, evenings or weekends, where we go over your ideas and then give you an EXACT QUOTE on what it will cost to produce a plan set that will get you the Building Permit from your county or city. Alternately, fill-out or on-line form!!! We work directly with future homeowners, or with your contractor, in order to assure you that your new home is designed to be built in the most cost-efficient manner, and to your exact specifications.
Most preliminary plan-sets will be ready in just a few short working days. Once you are satisfied with the package, a final plan-set pack is made within a few more days. Last-minute changes are very inexpensive to make, and Country Roads will work with you until you get your permits.
Billing is simply a $100 deposit when you tell us to proceed, with the final invoice held until you are completely satisfied!
