The discrepancies I found after removal of the fabric covers
Broken nose ribs
lots of dirt
another mouse nest
more mouse stuff
Here is a bird nest with a hornet nest on top of it along with some more mud dauber nests
These are the repairs I have made so far.
Nose ribs replaced. All the nose ribs were broken and have pieces missing
I manufactured new and replaced.
Of course this required the leading edges to be removed and replaced also.

Also you can see the new fuel tank bunks after replacement.
All the flap hinge points were removed and cleaned and reinstalled
All wood cleaned sanded and refinished with two part
Non yellowing Epoxy varnish, and masked ready for fabric glue.
All wooden surfaces were cleaned and refinished with 2 part
non yellowing varnish from Smith and Co.
