New Fabric Covers
The Flight controls are finished and ready to install.
This is the pictures of why we recovered the aircraft.
The paint could be pulled off the fabric
![]() Elevators are completely rebuilt and recovered cleaned, repaired and ready to cover
![]() ![]() The fuselage was the biggest thing to recover, I did the blanket method by
![]() Applying the glue to the structure, and after drying the fabric can be
draped over the fuselage.
![]() Glue, Cut, Shrink as you go.
![]() ![]() ![]() After the fabric is applied, the reinforcement tapes get glued on
![]() First primer filler applied
![]() The wings get the same treatment, bottom skin is on
![]() Every thing gets reinforced by an extra thickness of fabric
![]() ![]() Inspection rings get glued on.
![]() ![]() ![]() Fuel tanks are cleaned and installed with new lines and hardware
![]() Wings get installed and stitched
![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() Most of the recovering is complete, except the final sanding and trim.

flight controls and rigging.
