FETCH! (Free Exercise Time for Canines & Humans!), the nonprofit organization that manages five off-leash parks on Whidbey Island, would like to invite everyone to a ribbon cutting ceremony on Saturday June 27, 3:00 pm, at
Marguerite Brons Off-Leash Park in Bayview.
