Managed a project that involved the development of task listings for LAMPS MK III Shipboard Maintainers and Operators (electronics tasks and sonar tasks), task validation, development of objectives hierarchies, media selection, and syllabus development. This project required supervision of a staff of nine professionals (1979).
Honeywell F-15 Maintenance Training Consultation. Project_Director. This project involved an analysis of the regular problems presented by maintenance trainers and resulted in a report with implications on software design on maintenance trainer requirements (1978).
