Judy Skinner - Greenbank, Washington
Judy grew up in Pullman Washington and graduated from Washington State University. About 25 years ago Judy started painting and so discovered a life long love in painting. Judy is a member of the Clearwater Art Association and Clearwater Artists in Orofino, Idaho, and was a member in the Idaho Watercolor Society and the Lewis-Clark Center for Art and History in Lewiston, Idaho. Now being retired, Judy and her husband enjoy their life on Whidbey Island.
