Welcome to Greenbank, WA. Greenbank sits on a rolling sweep of land at Whidbey's narrowest point. Places to visit in Greenbank Greenbank Farm View THE FARM from "Space" Meerkerk Gardens, South Whidbey State Park the Greenbank Store and the wonderful Greendoor Restaurant above the store. Greenbank is a community of agricultural, rural residential, recreational, and forest lands. Residents of Greenbank are actively involved in preserving the rural quality of the community. Citizens recently dissuaded the State of Washington from using the beautiful viewpoint at Hancock Lake for a park-and-ride lot. Residents have been successfully in the public acquisition of the 550-acre Greenbank Loganberry Farm. Plans are under way to turn the farm into a multiple use public facility. In past years residents were able to preserve the Classic "U" old growth forest now a part of South Whidbey State Park. South Whidbey State Park offers relaxing camping amongst old growth virgin timber.
