In these sessions, the student will explore the iMovie application. This class is designed for beginners and relative newcomers. The class will concentrate on Version 10

Class Schedule

These weekly sessions will occur from 1:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Mondays from 7 May to 21 May 2017.

Students are strongly encouraged to bring their own Mac computers, selection of photos (not necessarily in iPhoto), movie clips, and to ask questions. The second and third sessions will be primarily directed to student projects.

Robert Y Elphick

MAGIC President. Robert lives in Coupeville, Whidbey Island. He was educated in Britain with degrees in Applied Physics and Geophysics & Planetary Physics. He has worked in the oil and gas industry and the space industry. He is retired and spends much of his time volunteering with MAGIC, 4-H and other organizations. He has been a heavy Mac user since 1986. He has taught many schools on the use of Macintoshes. He often chairs the Q&A sessions at MAGIC as well as making presentations.


Recommended Book

This beginners book can be obtained at Apple's iBooks Store and is FREE.

Please also download this 140 Mbyte file for use in the class. It works with the above book.

Costs

The cost for taking the classes are as follows:
