Bill Halstead is a recognized expert often consulted by other landscape professionals because of his expertise in plants. Bill will come to your property to assess factors such as available light, soil makeup, drainage, and wind conditions. He will talk with you about your landscaping goals. He will help you choose plants that are adapted to your landscape’s conditions, resulting in a low-maintenance garden. Our philosophy is to work with nature by planting shrubs, trees or perennials that naturally grow in similar conditions or will adapt to your site.
Included in the very reasonable hourly fee are detailed notes, so you won’t have to try to remember everything that is discussed. Consultation customers receive a discount on plants purchased through the nursery for an entire year -- the initial fee can easily be made back.
