Since July 2007, home to the cozy little hotel that is called the Inn at Penn Cove, and, since July 2008, home to the cozy little restaurant called The Cove Thai Cuisine.

The Inn at Penn Cove  was the name of a bed and breakfast Inn founded in 1990 at 702 North Main St, and owned and run, from 1993-2006, by Gladys and Mitchell Howard..  The current Inn is a four-room hotel of distinctive charms, owned, since July 2007,  by Gladys and Mitchell and the Howard Ltd. Partnership.  Its location at 602 North Main in the historic Jacob Jenne House (1889) used to house the Blue Goose Inn, the Victorian B&B, and Rosi 's restaurant, among many other uses down the decades.
It is now managed by Mike Diamanti, former Executive Director of the Central Whidbey Youth Coalition and a serious coffee guy.
