POSSESSION BEACH HOUSE

This is a rustic 2 bedroom 1-1/2 bath home that accommodates 4-5 adults or a family of six comfortably. General amenities include a numeric cipher lock (changed for each occupancy), a phone and answering machine, and a bookshelf stereo/CD player. 1000' to the north a public boat launch is available at Possession Beach Waterfront Park. We work hard to make this beach side experience turnkey so you only need to bring your food, clothing, and toiletries. The property is medium bank having ample parking at the street level with the house located on the beach. Several well-lit flights of stairs and a tram (for baggage and groceries) take you to the home. This elevated multi-level home maintains privacy with a wrap around deck. Due to the stairs, this lodging is not ADA compliant and not recommended for persons who cannot negotiate stairs well.

This kitchen has everything you need. Microwave, toaster, griddle, coffee grinder, drip coffee maker and all the sundries you can think of. Such as; general spices, cooking oil, Flour, sugar, foil, wraps, dish soap, etc... All you need is your main menu items to make this your kitchen. The dinning/kitchen table seats 4-5 and there are two stools at the breakfast counter. Sorry there is no dishwasher.

The living room has a wood stove, a 25" color television, and VCR. A sofa, a love seat, and a upholstered rocker with ottoman make this a very comfortable room. The sofa is also a double hide abed.

Both living room and dining area have large picture type windows to enjoy the water views and activities.

The front bedroom has a queen sized bed. This forward bedroom has a view from all the windows.

The rear bedroom has a queen sized bed. This bedroom has a 1/2 bath.

Commanding views of the Puget Sound from Mt. Baker to Mt. Rainier are the backdrop while sails, boats and kayaks pass by. Enjoy the sounds of waves and trains in the distance. Breathtaking sunrises, as well as the sparkling night lights of the mainland, will provide lasting memories.

An outdoor fireplace and picnic table located on the leeward side of the home provide a comfortable outdoor area to enjoy yourselves. Padded resin chairs, loungers, and a charcoal barbecue provide you with all your outdoor entertainment needs.
