   Rates are based on an occupancy of 4 or less, a $35.00 service charge per visit is assessed for larger parties.   Peak season weekends require four night minimum. weekdays and all other seasons require a two night minimum. All holiday weekends are charged at peak season rates and require all dates of extended weekend.   Weekly rates assume a single replenishment, all additional supplies and services excluding garbage pickup are clients responsibility. All rates are before tax (10.3%) and for the 20011 season only. Sorry, smoking and pets are not allowed. Check in is: 4:00PM

Deposit;
A 50% deposit will be required to reserve your stay.   Full payment is due 30 days prior to arrival.   Reservations made within the 30 day period require full payment of lodging, tax, and security/damage deposit (if required) at the time of confirmation.   Reservations within 14 days of stay require payment by credit card, cashiers check, or money order.
Reservation deposits will convert to a required damage deposit for clients not using a credit card.   Cancellations;
Inside of thirty days of arrival will forfeit the full deposit.   Inside of 14 days of arrival will be a total forfeiture unless otherwise booked.
