ALL 7 voting items below were approved unanimously via email response to the Secretary!

President's Report (Patricia Finnigan)

Had there been an in-person meting, I would have loved to introduce the 4 new WBRA Seacliff Ln members this year to everyone.

Our long time President and Web Master, Robert Elphick, has moved from our community. We thank him for his may contributions and years of service! Oisin Hughes has volunteered to assume the responsibility of Web Master from Robert.

Otherwise, everything else is quite normal within our community. Finances are stable and there are no community issues to be addressed

Water Manager's Report: (Jim Patton)

Water Manager’s Report (Jim Patton) Jim’s really good and important report is being sent to you next as a separate email (sorry, as Secretary, could not meld it all together) It is most important that you read Jim’s report carefully and thoroughly - the entire water system just underwent a multi-year inspection from the WA State Department of Health, Office of Drinking Water
*** the results for our system were outstanding and should be a model for other similar systems *** !!

The 2020 operating costs and income from water sales were again reasonably equal (we are a non-profit WA corporation). The trending data suggests that perhaps a lower rate/gallon can be realized in a year from now.
* VOTE #2 - Reinstate the current rate of $0.0092/gallon for the year 2021.

The Water Recapitalization Account is built up to replace or repair equipment needed to supply the water.
* VOTE #3 - Reinstate the current Water Capitalization assessment of $75/quarter for 2021

Brian Hunt (2510 Deseret where the well is) has volunteered to replace Jim as our Chairman for Water System Operation. Brian has worked closely with Jim on the water system for many years, and Jim will continue to provide support.

This WBRA Community can not express our appreciation enough for Jim’s 100% dedicated service over (20+?) years !!!!!

Road Committee Report: (Rudy Deck)

Maintenance along the gravel roadbeds on Seacliff Ln and American Way were carried out in 2020. * VOTE #4 - Reinstate the $150 Road Maintenance Fund assessment for 2021

Treasurer's Report (Wendy Patton)

The finances of the WBRA are stable, with no outstanding issues - see 2 tables below final for 2020 * VOTE #5 - Reinstate the Annual Dues of $100 for 2021 * VOTE #6 - Based on the reports above, approve the WBRA 2021 Budget proposed below

Elections for WBRA Offices (all are unopposed)

* VOTE #7 - Approve all unopposed candidates below;

New Business:

A call for any new business went out on 9/17/2020, but none was offered.
