Annual General Meeting

The 2021 Annual Meeting of the West Beach Road Association was again conducted online because of health and safety considerations. The agenda was sent to all members on 11/12/2021, and 20/23 members returned ballots via email by 12/15/2021.

All Members were 100% in favor of all 7 voting items below.

VOTE #1 - The minutes of the 2020 Annual Meeting and the June 2021 Special Meeting were approved.

President's Report (Cathy Niiro)

Cindy Lewis has replaced Patricia Finnegan as Vice President.

Brian Hunt has replaced Jim Patton as Manager for water Systems Operation.

Finances are stable and there are no community issues to be addressed.

Water Manager’s Report (Brian Hunt)

2021 operation expenses exceeded income by $2,000

There is still a balance of $7,786 in the account.

The automatic generator was installed for $15,000

VOTE #2 - The water rate/gallon of $0.0092 for the year 2022 was approved.

VOTE #3 - The Water Capitalization assessment of $75/quarter for the year 2022 was approved.

Road Manager Report (Rudy Deck)

Maintenance of gravel roadways on Seacliff and American Lanes was completed.

VOTE #4 - The Road Maintenance Fund assessment of $150/yr for 2022 was approved, payable by 1/31/2022.

Treasure’s Report (Wendy Patton)

Finances are stable with no outstanding issues.
