Current Wines
Cabernet Sauvignon
2000 - A younger cabernet, a little more tannic, and a little lighter than the 1999. It should age very well.

Cabernet Franc 2001

A light red wine with the predominant taste of dark cherry. This wine is soft and smooth with earthy overtones; made with 100% Cabernet Franc grapes.

What to do with it: This wine is light and delicate and will accompany almost any food. Until recently, it has been a blending wine used to soften bigger reds and is one of the components of Bordeaux. Cabernet Franc was cross-pollinated with Sauvignon Blanc and created the Cabernet Sauvignon.

Sangiovese - 2003

The most important grape of Tuscany and Chianti in Italy, this is a lighter bodied wine with the tastes of cherry and a spicy, slightly peppery finish. Very versatile, and especially good with Italian foods.

Sauvignon Blanc - 2002

Our Alsatian style Sauvignon Blanc is bright, crisp, edgy, with a clean finish. It has the predominant taste of green apple and grapefruit. A very refreshing wine.

What to do with it: Alsatian wines are very food friendly, especially with seafoods, cheeses and salads.

Riesling - 2003
Riesling is Germany's most highly respected grape variety. It has a floral aroma reminiscent of roses. We are producing a dry riesling, void of any oak in order to preserve the natural flovor of the grape.
Our Alsatian style Riesling is made the same way as our Sauvignon Blanc and results in a softer, smoother, wine, with fewer citric overtones and a more floral aroma and taste.
What to do with it: Riesling compliments chicken, seafood, fresh fruit and mild cheeses. Serve chilled.

Chenin Blanc - 2002
This Alsatian style wine has a green apple, pear taste, and a lime finish.
What to do with it: Enjoy with seafoods, cheeses and salads.
