Your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of one night's deposit.

The given rates are for single or double occupancy. An additional charge of $20 will be applied per extra person.

As a courtesy to all our guests, we have a non-smoking policy and a no pets policy inside our bed and breakfast.

We are a small business so last-minute cancellations can affect our business. A two-weel prior notice is required in order to receive a full refund and 30-days is required during the summer months. If we are able to rebook, we will refund the original amount minus a $50.00 service fee.
