Drainage

During the winter of 2015/2016 the WBRA area became partially flooded because of exceptional rainfall. Although WBRA is not responsible for drainage, members voted to act by petitioning the county for help with the problem because a large quantity of the flooding water came from the East side of West Beach Road - outside the WBRA area. Below are the essential correspondance between the WBRA members and Island County.
