Water Manager - Brian Hunt (360) 372-0039 (res), (360) 279-5960 (cell)

The association is responsible for providing water to all the members in accordance with the bylaws of the association. The task of maintaining the water supply and monitoring its content has been contracted out to the King Water Company. The Water Manager is in regular contact with the King Water Company representatives.

Power Outages
When the electric power goes out during storms (or for any other reason) the water pumps are no longer running. There is reserve water in the pressure tank so residents will continue to get water. If the power goes out, a propane powered generator will automatically start to provide back-up electric power. This will provide enough throughput to refill the pressure tank slowly from the reservoir tank. Therefore residents are requested to limit their water consumption as these times - no watering the garden, washing the car, running clothes washers, etc. Please restrict your usage to cooking, drinking, and flushing.
